If your dog has the dreaded "squits" or diarrhea then here are a couple of proven remedies to help settle their stomachs.
I have personally used both of these with my Golden Retriever Max who seems to get an upset tummy after swimming in rivers at particular times,over exerts himself , or eats rawhide too quickly

Brown Rice & Egg

Boil some brown rice until soft, drain it then mix in a beaten egg. Wait until cool then feed to your dog.
This usually has the desired effect  quite quickly

Mashed Potato

Simple but effective, plain mashed potato without butter! My dogs love this as a treat.

Of course if things don't get any better, consult your vet.
